By signing up and actively using the "KesefKal.net" program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. "KesefKal.net" may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with "KesefKal.net". If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the "KesefKal.net" program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:

You must be 14 years of age (with parental consent) or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing "KesefKal.net" account. You will use your login / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your "KesefKal.net" account and pressing the change information link. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your "KesefKal.net" account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by "KesefKal.net" be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up "KesefKal.net". You agree to receive e-mail advertising from "KesefKal.net". In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from "KesefKal.net" your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings.
Also if any members are clicking on search links and not making valid searches they can be deleted and forfeit any earnings because it is considered cheating. ONLY MEMBERS FROM: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom & United States MAY Participate in Clearly Marked Search Links. Any members who will disturb these terms will be deleted without notification. Accounts will be deleted for inaccurate or false information. Clicking search links NOT FROM A ALLOWED COUNTRY TO SEARCH.

Unsubscription

If a member objects to any of these Terms of Service or any subsequent modifications there to or become dissatisfied with our program in any way, member's only recourse is to immediately cancel his account. To cancel your account, enter the ID in our site (with your login / password if you were confirmed) and click on Unsubscribe. Resignation or termination of the membership results in the permanent loss of the rights to his/her referrals and all earnings in their account. Members agree to take the responsibility to cancel their own accounts through the appropriate link on our site and not just sending an email informing us of that decision.
We will terminate any account which we believe, in our sole discretion, is utilizing or is otherwise connected with any fraudulent use or fraudulent activities. If a member is involved in such activities, and/or if the membership is terminated or canceled for any reason, the member will forfeit all accumulated balances and any other bonuses and has no right of claiming them or part thereof.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and "KesefKal.net" are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and "KesefKal.net". You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of "KesefKal.net". You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the "KesefKal.net" program.

Limitation of Liability:

"KesefKal.net" will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or "KesefKal.net" program, even if "KesefKal.net" has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, "KesefKal.net" aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting or signing up the advertiser websites after they have entered their member login in the area on the website provided by "KesefKal.net". Members may earn by referring new members to the "KesefKal.net" program. Members will be paid only via Check (in Israel only), e-Gold, Webmoney or RUpay. "KesefKal.net" will pay 21 workdays or a reasonable time after requesting the payment.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited e-mailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with "KesefKal.net" and may result in legal prosecution. "KesefKal.net" strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. "KesefKal.net" will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.
